1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 24 Hours of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned with all original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, and invoices.

  • The product must not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

  • Proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice) is required for all returns.

GlowKart reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

    • Product Name

    • Reason for Return

    • Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

  3. Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions within 2-3 business days.

Please do not return any product without receiving return authorization from our customer support team.


3. Return Timeframe

Return requests must be submitted within 2 Days from the date of delivery.

Requests received after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item:

  • We will inspect the product to verify its condition.

  • You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within 24 Hours after the returned item passes inspection.

Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to credit the refunded amount to your account.


5. Exchange Policy

If you received:

  • A defective product

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect item

  • A product with a manufacturing defect

you may request an exchange, subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • Store credit (where applicable).


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return or refund, unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Opened beauty and cosmetic products

  • Personal care and hygiene products

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or clearance sale items (unless defective)

  • Products marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page

  • Customized or personalized products


8. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to:

GlowKart will bear the return shipping costs.

Customer Preference

  • Ordered by mistake

  • Changed your mind

  • No longer needed

The customer may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Original shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, and you will need to follow the return process after delivery, if eligible.
